Little Changes!

I've rearranged Anna's bedroom. I think it is much more practical and looks SO much better! She slept so much better last night too. (I don't know why a room rearrangement would help her sleep better.. but that is how my brain thinks.. just go with me!) I was all excited (because she hasn't been sleeping through the nights very well) until Casey informed me that I was the one the slept much better. Turns out rearranging a room does nothing for one's sleep! He got up with Anna twice. Oooops!

The main reason for the "change" is once I took the bumper pads out (becuase some little monkey kept climbing on them), the electrical outlet, cable outlet, and phone jack were just little treasures on the wall in the eyes of a very active (almost) nine-month-old. It was just a matter of time before those little hands started reaching through the crib for a fun new "toy". (As you and I both know.. everything is a "toy" these days!!) Even with the "child-safety" covers.. a mother's worries never cease! Casey was in agreement so it didn't take long to have a "new" room to go along with the new bathroom!

If you are wondering why the curtain rod and curtains are missing (first of all you are very observant and secondly,) the rod snapped in two for NO reason at all so I had to have them replace it. Hopefully it will be back up pretty soon. AND... I've got a special place for the broken rod.. don't think I'm letting it go to waste! I'll let you know soon!

I'm pretty sure she said.. "Don't fold another basket of laundry mommy.... you've done enough!" So I didn't.. (after that basket of course) but now you can guess what today will be full of! YEP.... washing, folding and putting away many baskets of laundry!

My cousin Marcy ROCKS!!! I got a fed ex package with all of THIS on Wednesday. For no reason I can think of other than my cousin is awesome!!



Did you see the ring pops.. AWESOME! I haven't had one since I was a little myself!!
The whole package was complete with Ring Pops, Jolly Ranchers (another fave), eye mask(one that cools and heats..aaahhhh), burt's bees (the best chapstick ever), highlighters (because I'm a "list checker"), a note pad (Hello Kitty), and orbitz gum (because I'm a gum addict.. seriously!)
Oh yeah.. and a Barbie DVD -for Anna I'm sure. =)
