Opposite Day...

This is probably why I don't get much done during the day:





Caroline wants to be Anna .... going everywhere.. doing everything and Anna wants to be Caroline... in her "crib" sucking her fingers..

Summer Slideshow!

I'm so sorry.. I know this isn't ANY fun... but I've decided I better just upload a slideshow or else I'm just not going to get these pictures up..

A short recap:

We've been to the zoo.. Anna LOVED it.. The elephants were her absolute favorite and we had to go back and watch them three times!!
Next we went camping.. sort of.. we slept in a HUGE tent in Casey's parent's backyard. Anna LOVED this too and asked me repeatedly if it was our summer house? Too funny!
Then Memorial Day we went over to Rob's and he had a great big slip and slide party with all of the Jolly's.. It was a ton of fun too!!
Then Kennedy came for a visit.. !
And it ends with some swim time in Huntsville..

Back to Monthly Blogging I guess..

I have EVERY intention to get all 43,578 summer photos posted THIS WEEK... but so far packing has taken a major priority (since July is already almost here)!

Pool-side Pics!

Hilarious!!





We are LIVING at the pool this summer! Both of my girls LOVE it! Anna is a total water-bug... and Caroline LOVES to dunk her face in!!! I know.. scares me to death everytime but she just comes up laughing, sneezes and goes in again!

Party Post!

Warning: LONG post full of pictures..may take a little while to upload!

It's approximately 6 weeks until Sarah and Sean "tie the knot". I for one cannot wait.. and if anyone has any SUPER WONDERFUL waterproof mascara.. I'm definitely going to need some!!!

Okay.. So here is the "Party Post" from their engagement party! Thank you to all the wonderful couples that hosted.. it could not have been more beautiful, more fun, or more perfect. (Unless of course Casey had been able to come..ha!)

Especially the "goofy" picture.. (if you know Sarah at all.. you know she LOVES goofy pics.. Sarah, you need to prepare David for this before he starts photographing the wedding..ha!)



We've come a LONG way from the last "goofy" picture (at Houston's and Lacey's engagement party):



The entire party was a blast! The host and hostesses totally out-did themselves!

The FOOD.. I can't even tell you how good it was!









So GOOD! They passed around little hand-dipped corndogs (just like little mini fair corndogs).. There are no pictures of these because I was too busy stuffing them in my face to take pictures!!

I felt like the Party Paparazzi... but, I'm thankful now for Sarah and Sean (and my mom) to be able to look back on these photos and remember what a beautiful, wonderful, and perfect party it was!
